These terms govern your use of prudos.ai and the products operated under it, including GOFINDME, the Newsline, and the Prudos workspace. The service is operated by Prudos UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Friedrichstraße 155, 10117 Berlin, Germany, registered at Amtsgericht Charlottenburg under HRB 287568 B.

GOFINDME is a curated directory of AI-powered business tools evaluated under EU standards. The Newsline is an editorial publication covering the European AI market. The workspace provides authenticated users with shortlisting, comparison, and export tools built on the GOFINDME directory.

Listing information is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, compliance certification, or endorsement of any listed product. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making procurement decisions. Prudos makes reasonable efforts to keep listing data accurate but cannot guarantee completeness or currency.

Workspace access requires a verified email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs through it. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for automated scraping, or impose unreasonable load on the service.

You may use prudos.ai for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract listing data for republication or commercial redistribution without written permission. You may not use automated tools to access the service at a rate that exceeds normal human browsing behaviour. You may not attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls, or rate limits.

Editorial content published on prudos.ai — including Newsline articles, listing descriptions, category primers, and editorial summaries — is the intellectual property of Prudos UG. It may not be reproduced, republished, or distributed without written permission, except for brief quotation with attribution.

Vendor-supplied product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Prudos UG provides the service on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prudos UG excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Prudos UG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Prudos UG is not liable for decisions made on the basis of listing information, editorial content, or comparison outputs. Regulatory and compliance information on prudos.ai is informational only and does not constitute legal advice.

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes arising from use of prudos.ai are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these terms when the service changes materially. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision. Continued use of prudos.ai after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will notify authenticated users by email.
