The firewall

Listing placement on GOFINDME is never for sale. A vendor cannot pay to appear in the directory, to improve its position within a category, or to receive favourable treatment in any editorial field. Coverage in the Newsline follows the same rule: editorial decisions are made independently of all commercial relationships. A Founding Member listing does not guarantee Newsline coverage, and a vendor without a listing can receive Newsline coverage if the editorial case is there.

This firewall is published here as a binding commitment. If Prudos ever departs from it, this page will say so explicitly.

How listings are selected

GOFINDME lists AI-powered business tools that meet a consistent set of criteria applied across all eight categories. The primary filter is EU origin: tools must be incorporated in the European Union and operate to EU data standards. US-headquartered tools are not listed regardless of EU market presence.

Within that filter, Prudos evaluates each tool across eight weighted criteria: evidence of genuine problem-solution fit, traction and sustainability indicators, EU compliance and data residency posture, integration and usability quality, pricing transparency, support and ecosystem maturity, differentiation and risk profile, and user or expert validation. Weight varies by category — EU compliance carries greater weight in Finance and Operations than in Marketing and Localisation — but no tool is listed on the basis of a single strong signal.

Vendors can apply through the Submit a product flow. Application does not guarantee listing. The editorial team reviews every application against the criteria above and makes the listing decision independently of the application itself.

Self-declared vs Prudos-verified

Every data field on a GOFINDME listing carries a provenance label: either self-declared or Prudos-verified. Self-declared means the data was provided by the vendor and has not been independently confirmed. Prudos-verified means Prudos has reviewed the underlying documentation — a DPA, a certification, a technical architecture document — and confirmed the field is accurate at the time of review.

Neither label is permanent. Verified fields are reviewed on a rolling basis and can be downgraded if documentation changes or lapses. Self-declared fields are upgraded when the vendor provides documentation that meets the verification standard. The date of last editorial review appears on every full profile.

The Founding Member programme

The Founding Member programme gives a fixed cohort of vendors enhanced listing features, an editorial spotlight piece, and early access to Prudos products in development. Founding Members pay no listing fee in their first year; from year two the rate is 499 EUR per year, locked.

Founding Member status does not influence editorial decisions in either direction. A Founding Member whose compliance posture deteriorates will have its profile updated accordingly. The application is reviewed against the same criteria as any other listing. Payment does not begin until editorial acceptance.

What vendor payment covers

In post-Founding-Member tiers, vendors pay for access to operational services: an analytics dashboard, enhanced profile management, verified badge renewal, and notification when their listing is added to a buyer shortlist. These services have no bearing on listing position, editorial decisions, or Newsline coverage.

The following are explicitly not for sale and will not be offered for sale under any arrangement: listing placement, category position, editorial ranking, Newsline coverage, and the Prudos-verified badge.

The Newsline

The Newsline publishes editorial intelligence on the European AI market. Its remit covers AI launches and funding rounds, product and company stories from European tech, technical developments relevant to business operators, geopolitical and macro context where it touches AI, editorial commentary, founder-focused content, and regulatory analysis as one thread among many. It is not a regulatory feed and it is not a vendor announcement channel.

Newsline pieces are written by the Prudos editorial team. Vendor-supplied copy is not published. When Prudos forms an editorial view on a topic, it says so explicitly rather than sheltering behind neutral framing.

Corrections and updates

Factual errors in listings or editorial pieces are corrected promptly. Material corrections are noted with the date of the change. To report an inaccuracy, contact hello@prudos.ai with the specific field, the claimed error, and any supporting documentation.
